Calculator reports

When you request an Agency Capacity Report, we use your name, email address and calculator answers to calculate and email your result, notify Joe Hanson of the enquiry and respond if you choose to make contact.

AI Prompt Guide downloads

When you request The Free AI Prompt Guide for Estate Agents, we use your name, email address and selected workload challenge to send a secure download link, notify Joe Hanson of the request and understand which topics are most useful to agents. The download link expires after seven days.

Marketing emails

You are only added to the ongoing email list if you actively tick the optional marketing box. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Requesting a calculator report or the AI Prompt Guide does not automatically subscribe you.

Service providers and retention

Brevo processes email delivery and opted-in mailing-list information on our behalf. We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, manage follow-up and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing joe@agencygrowthsupport.co.uk.
